On the night of March 9, 2020, President Duterte called for a five-day suspension of classes in all levels in Metro Manila and later on placed the region and other provinces under enhanced community quarantine. The GUIDON has since captured life during the first few months of the pandemic in Living spaces. However, a year later, the Philippines still finds itself under various levels of community quarantine.
Through a collection of photo essays, The GUIDON Photos Staff of 2020-2021, along with contributors from other members of the publication, document their different experiences under quarantine from various cities within and outside of the Philippines.
